...well, during "load-in" anyway. I've been trying for some time to snap a picture of Rollin Bones's gas tank that captures the amazing paint. Yesterday at load in for the show I think I finally got one.

Don Kirshner (April 17, 1934 – January 17, 2011), known as "The Man With the Golden Ear", was an American song publisher and rock producer who is best known for managing songwriting talent as well as successful pop groups, such as The Monkeys, The Archie's, and Kansas. Long before MTV, to see music on TV we had to wait for every other weekend to watch Don Kirshner's Rock Concert. Each week he featured live performances of acts such as: R.I.P Don, we miss you!
After takin' the Christmas decos down, and getting them packed away, I headed out to the shop to perform some long overdo P.M. on both bikes, and even got a little asphalt time in on both. I know I'm probably preachin' to the choir here, but it still blows my mind how even just the shortest ride can relieve all the stress, and tension of everyday bullshit. I wish I could have just kept going, but I'm thankful I was able to get out....even if only for a short while.
