It's all in the details.

Grinding the fork lock tab off and cleaning up the area
is a tedious job (especially with the front end installed)
but it's one of those small details that makes a big impact.



I still need to trim the tab off the bottom of the triple clamp,
and shave the fork tabs off the lowers. I've also got something
in store for the frame neck gusset section that I haven't seen
done before on a stock frame...stay tuned.
