Too Hot? Head For Higher Ground!

My buddy Aaron and I decided to head for higher altitude in search of cooler weather today. Mission accomplished. We rode up to Mount Baldy (approx 6,500 feet @ base/8,600 feet @ peak) where we found it to be about 20 degrees cooler (80f). I've lived here in the Inland Empire since 2000, and never made the trek. I had no idea there was a small village with a few restaurants etc. Looks to be a nice little place. Next time we go back we'll stick around, as well as shoot more pix of the scenic view from atop the mountains. It was just too damn hot to stop on the way down at the look-out points. Hot or not, it's always good times riding with Aaron. Thanks, Brother.
